Volume two builds the story even more with more charcaters.I really enjoy the conflict Shiiba is going through, his angst, his fear. You see the evil side of Munechika.Nakamura is an interesting bloke but.The only thing that bothers me at times is when Shiiba is written too soft like a woman.Yes he is a pretty boy and an undercover detective. It just bothers me when they are written with feminine aspects. The illustrations are great.I hope there are more of them.Overlall, this series is exciting to read.A keeper. This series makes me hunger for more.
My sister said she loves the book and it was delivered fast with no problems.
Very Great read.About the unerworld and gangs and what one cope has to do to get the job doen and along the way finds love and hardships in his life.
Romance aside, this volume was just as exciting when it came to the yakuza turf wars and general police work. By the end of this volume, though, it's clear where this relationship stands, making it a much more interesting read as a romantic novel. S volume 2 developed the relationship between Munechika and Shiiba much further; this element was rather absent from the first book, where I felt they were somewhat haphazardly thrown together. Just as in part one, I found vol. The two main characters' relationship is also deftly reflected through the relations between the two important side characters of this volume, Nakagura and Mao. It made me think how difficult it would be emotionally to work a dangerous undercover job, while creating a fake image of oneself and never really relying on anyone for psychological support. 2 to be very enjoyable in this respect. There should be more romance novels that aren't only peachy love stories, but include the harsh reality of the real world as well.As far as the general layout, translation and overall printing quality go, this book was just as great as the first one, so please keep up the good work, DMP.
Like the first, the illustrations are nice (one color and ten black and white). Either way, it is a good read even though it is a touch heartbreaking at times.
The storyline revolves around a pending territory war among rival mobs and Shiiba is now forced to work with another detective named Nakagura and his "S", Mao Takanashi. This volume is decidedly darker than the first (although the first was no high school drama) but by the novel's end it did take a slight upturn so don't fear.
The story continues with the main character, Masaki Shiiba and his lover and new "S" (informant), Keigo Munechika. It is a more serious novel but there are still some nice sex scenes scattered throughout, and like the first one, there is a slightly disturbing sex scene included in this one as well.
This is an ongoing series (at least 4 novels) and I feel it is a good continuation of the storyline. This isn't your typical light hearted boys love novel where everyone professes their love at first site.
I am eagerly anticipating the next two volumes. It is rare to find a yaoi novel with such a good plot, sexy characters and smut to boot.
